Get Stronger to Feel Better
As I am aging, the need to increase strength I have lost naturally becomes apparent.
Certain tasks or sports you want to accomplish can be done easier or more enjoyably as your physical strength increases.
Personally, I don’t have the desire or time to become “buff” or a bodybuilder, but I do not want to have to struggle in doing things that require some degree of strength. More importantly, one of my immediate goals is to increase my leg strength enough to add a few yards to my drive in golf.
There are many ways to increase strength without making a radical strain on you lifestyle.
